THE FUND AT A GLANCE
Small enough to be selective. Structured to be accountable.
01
Regulated
Registered with SEBI as a Category II AIF, with an independent trustee and a fixed fund life of up to 10 years. Every term is written down before a rupee is drawn.
02
Aligned
The sponsor invests its own capital in the same pool, on the same terms. When investors lose, we lose: the manager’s share of profits comes only after investors are paid.

03
Disciplined
A ₹100 Cr corpus, with a ₹100 Cr greenshoe, keep the portfolio concentrated and the diligence deep. We would rather miss a deal than force one.

What the Fund does and does not do.
The Fund invests in securities and other instruments permitted under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, including shares, debentures and interests in limited liability partnerships. It does not itself undertake land acquisition, development, lending or sale.
Instruments, investee-entity form, security packages and exit routes are selected deal by deal within the mandate; routes described are indicative and not exhaustive. Distressed exposure is taken through permitted instruments in resolution or funding vehicles rather than by direct acquisition of loans.
HOW EACH STAGE EXITS
Five stages, five different clocks.

Anything unrealised at the end of the term is addressed through extension, or a liquidation scheme with investor consent—never a forced sale.
